Job description

Coordination and supervision of the whole team in the department of Beer Manufacturing at shift level (process operators, process artisans (maintenance personnel);

Execution of the production plan;

Compliance with quality standards and ISO systems (including SHEQ);

Planning and ensuring the performance of current maintenance tasks and repairs;

Promote continuous improvement by implementing WCM practices and processes and innovation;

Effective application of the performance management process in order to reach the performance indicators at team, department and factory level;

Identifying the development and training needs for the team members and monitoring the implementation of the individual development plans;

Ensuring efficient communication within the team and / or with other teams and functions.
