Consumer Insights Specialist is responsible for the effective and efficient consumer insights extraction, their
dissemination to all relevant internal clients in order to support their business priorities. The role requires
the ability to provide accurate, timely and relevant analysis and insights to all relevant internal clients.
Consumer Insights Specialist has to work as a business partner with all relevant internal clients, primarily
Brand Marketing teams.
Designs and executes research and analysis projects to deliver against business needs following agreed research protocols and ensuring highest quality;
Ensures that learning from all research is fully maximized and utilizes other information to supplement where relevant;
Actively works to build skills in developing and applying insight with business partners.
Minimum 3-4 years’ work experience in ad-hoc research, in research agency or client side (FMCG);
Skilled in a wide range of quantitative and qualitative research techniques (digital and on-line communities research);
Previous experience in complex consumer tracking and segmentation surveys is a must;
Skilled in data & insights analysis, integration, interpretation and presentation (prepare it and present it);
Very good analytical and numeric skills; Excellent computer literacy: MSOffice (Power Point, Excel, Word);
Strong project management skills;
Ability to communicate confidently and articulately;
Client orientation and great patience;
Ability to work under pressure and attention to details;
Fluency in English, both spoken and written.
Planifica livrarilor catre clienti si interdepot tinand cont de cerinte si de capacitatile de operare ale centrelor de distributie
Confirma cu transportatorii (furnizori externi) mijloacele de transport pentru livrarile planificate
Determina si analizeaza costurile de transport pentru a resprecta bugetul alocat
Monitorizeaza executia planului de livrari si ia masuri pentru rezolvarea problemelor aparute in executie
Urmareste indicatorii de performanta (ex: cost/hl; km/hl;) ai departamentului si SLA-urilor cu transportatorilor (ex: in-time delivery; confirmarea documentelor de livrare)
1 - 2 ani de experienta dovedita in logistica, transport, planificare
